On 1 October 2015, ANACOM determined the non-confidentiality of the content of two letters, sent to ANACOM by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (formerly PT Comunicações) on 1 July and 11 November 2013, in execution of the decision of 16 May 2013 https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1161743on the evolution of the digital terrestrial television network (DTT).
On the same date, approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing to which the draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 13 November 2014https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1340083).
