By decision of 6 August 2015, ANACOM approved the final report of the public tender to conduct auditing of the annual 2014 and 2015 values of indicators on quality of service, complaints and requests for information reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal. As a result, authorisation was given to award the tender to Mazars & Associados - Sociedade de Revisores Oficiais de Contas.
