Budapest hosted last 29 September a meeting of the ERGP working subgroup on Implementation and Evolution of the USO.
Following completion of the report on the result of the ERGP public consultation on evolution of the universal service obligation (document approved at the Vilnius plenary meeting last 2 July), this meeting marked the start of work to be carried out in 2016, which will focus on identifying the needs of postal service users.
