Meetings of the End Users and Market Monitoring group and drafters of the ERGP were respectively held last 15 and 16 September in Ljubljana, Slovenia. They focused on discussing benchmarking reports the group has been working on in 2015, specifically the report on quality of service, complaint processing and consumer protection in 2014 – analysis of trends and report on key postal services market indicators.
