Brussels hosted last 15 September a meeting of the BEREC expert working group on Remedies, limited to drafters for the project on terminations. The gathering was chaired by the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP).
The meeting’s agenda included discussion of the current application status of the European Commission (EC) recommendation on terminations, international terminations within the European Union (EU) and also matters concerning IP interconnection.
