On 16 October 2015, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the results of the audit conducted in respect of the net costs of universal service reported by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia as regards the 2013 financial period.
This draft decision is submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties in accordance with Articles 100 and 101 of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and to the general consultation procedure set out in article 8 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114). In both cases, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days to comment - in writing and in Portuguese. As such, comments in response to the consultation are to be received no later than 16 November 2015, and should be sent by email to auditoria.CLSU2013@anacom.ptmailto:auditoria.clsu2013@anacom.pt1.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
