The "XIX Annual Meeting of SMEs from the Telecommunications Sector" is taking place on 29 October 2015 at Lisbon's Sana Malhoa Hotel. The theme of the event, which is organised by ACIST - Associação Empresarial de Comunicações de Portugal (Portuguese Communications Business Association) is "Technology Multiplatforms - the Internet of Things - New Business Drivers".
As a sponsor of this event, ANACOM will be taking part as an exhibitor, showcasing its work in terms of the regime governing telecommunications infrastructure in buildings (ITED) and telecommunications infrastructure in housing developments, urban settlements and concentrations of buildings (ITUR), as well as the work of the LEC - Laboratório de Ensaios e Calibração (Testing and Calibration Laboratory).
Isabel Areia, member of ANACOM's Board of Directors, will take part in the Meeting's opening session, while António Vassalo, ANACOM Director of Inspection and Investigation, will be one of the speakers on the panel “The current situation and telecommunications infrastructure - ITED 3”.
