By decision of 29 October 2015, ANACOM has approved a draft final decision, for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of the other Member States of the European Union (EU), on the cost of capital rate of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, applicable to the 2015 financial year.
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted, subsequent to ANACOM's decision of 13 August 2015. In response to these procedures, contributions were received from MEO and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
