The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the eGovernment Action Plan for 2016-2020, one of the essential measures to complete the Digital Single Market.
The consultation seeks to compile the views of citizens, businesses and government bodies, in order to understand what they expect of government services in the EU and the factors that hinder the use of digital public services.
Responses to this consultation close on 22 January 2016.
