José Perdigoto, Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of ANACOM, took part in the Conference on Postal Regulation of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), held on 11 November 2015, in Bern, Switzerland.
The presentation was made at the first session of the conference, which was focused on the subject of privatization, and was entitled "The postal sector in Portugal and the privatization of the designated operator".
