BEREC chair Fátima Barros participated last 13 October in Budapest in a Huawei-organised event focusing on the theme of ‘accelerating ICT transformation, enriching digital life’. The BEREC chair’s speech therefore addressed the issue of establishing an information and communication technologies (ICTs) environment that fosters investment in innovative networks and services. She also described the work carried out by that body and areas of potential future development.
