In the scope of the initiative stemming from the European Commission request concerning the regulatory framework review, BEREC and the Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) held a meeting on 16 October in Brussels to discusses possible approaches and relevant involvements in the digital single market (DSM) strategy, the level of involvement in the sectorial legislative review, possible improvements envisaged in European institutional organisation and cooperation standards, and possible areas of cooperation between the two groups. BEREC’s response to the EC request concerning spectrum questions and the RSPG’s opinion on same were particularly discussed.
