The ERGP Contact Network met last 26 October in Brussels.
The meeting focused on preparation of the next ERGP plenary meeting and discussed work carried out by the working groups (WGs), namely on Cost Allocation/Price Regulation, Net Costs of USO, End Users/Market Monitoring and Cross Parcels Delivery.
The participants discussed ongoing work by the ERGP task force analysing article 12 of the Postal Directive, as well as the ERGP’s working programme for 2016.
A presentation was also given on the current status of work carried out by the joint ERGP/BEREC group on cross-border delivery of e-commerce parcels. That group is drafting an opinion on price transparency and regulatory oversight with respect to the delivery of such parcels.
