"Connecting Europe Facility" - new call to present proposals


The European Commission (EC) has launched a new call under the "Connecting Europe Facility" for proposals seeking to support projects which address the interoperability, interconnection and development of trans-European digital infrastructure, for which funds of up to 17 million euros are available.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 15 March 2016 and cover areas of eProcurement (promoting efficient and transparent public spending), eHealth (supporting cross border exchange of patient data using information and communication technologies), eIdentification (enabling cross-border recognition and validation of electronic IDs) and Online Dispute Resolution.

On 23 November, the EC will organise a Virtual info day on this call, and on the previous call of 30 October, covering the areas of eDelivery, eInvoincing, Public Open Data, Safer Internet for Children and Europeana.
