Complaint presented by DSTelecom Norte

On 12 November 2015, ANACOM decided not to uphold the complaint presented by DSTelecom Norte as to the decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1373123 approved on 4 September 2015 on the dispute between the company and Associação de Municípios da Terra Quente Transmontana related to the remuneration payable for access to infrastructure suitable for carrying optical fibre of Terra Quente Transmontana.

It was therefore determined to maintain the decision of 4 September 2015.
