On 12 November 2015, ANACOM decided not to uphold the complaint presented by DSTelecom Norte as to the final decision on the dispute relating to the remuneration payable for access to optical fibre infrastructure.
This complaint stemmed from ANACOM's decision, approved on 4 September 2015, as regards the dispute between DSTelecom Norte and Associação de Municípios da Terra Quente Transmontana on the remuneration payable for access to infrastructure suitable for carrying optical fibre of Terra Quente Transmontana
ANACOM decided to maintain its decision of 4 September 2015.
