The Regulatel plenary meeting was held last 4-5 November in the Colombian city of Cartagena, overseen by that country’s national regulatory authority (NRA), the Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones (CRC), which assumed the Forum’s chair for 2016. Results of the gathering included approval of the working programme for 2016, the definition of working groups and the approval of partnerships with other sector bodies, as well as reports from the 2015 working groups and election of the chair for 2017.
