Commencement of procedure to prepare a Regulation governing operation of the radio data system

By decision of 23 December 2015, ANACOM has decided to commence the procedure to prepare a regulation to govern operation of the radio data system (RDS) under the terms of and for the purposes of article 12 of Decree-Law no. 272/98 of 2 September (as amended by Decree-Law no. 248/2015 of 28 October). Approval has been given to publication of the respective announcement.
