Expiry of the regulatory obligations imposed on MEO relating to the wholesale market of television broadcasting services over terrestrial analogue networks - notification to the EC

By decision of 28 January 2016, ANACOM approved the draft final decision for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the remaining Member States of the European Union (EU), regarding the expiry of the regulatory obligations imposed on MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) in the context of the wholesale market of television broadcasting services over terrestrial analogue networks.
