The March 2016 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin reports that in 2015 more than 7,000 inspection and control actions were carried out to verify the performance of various market players and radio spectrum usage conditions, and that 429 administrative offence proceedings were initiated during that year, 24 percent more than in 2014. Information is also provided about public consultations on the draft RDS regulation and revision of the analysis of markets 3a and 3b.
Other highlights include the ANACOM-organised workshop on the study about application and content (OTT) services.
