Timeframe for revision of reference speeds associated with coverage obligations in 800 MHz frequency band

On 5 May 2016, ANACOM approved a draft decision setting out the timeframe for reviewing the reference speeds associated with coverage obligations in the 800 MHz frequency band. These obligations apply to MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS Comunicações and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.

This draft decision is submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), whereby interested parties are given 10 working days to respond, if they see fit, in writing.
