By decision of 12 May 2016, ANACOM has approved the issue of the title of a right of use of frequencies to Echostar Mobile for mobile satellite service in the national territory, in the 1995-2010 MHz and 2185 -2200 MHz frequency sub-bands, covering satellite and terrestrial components.
ANACOM also approved the report of the prior hearing to which the respective draft decision was submitted (Draft Decision of 12 June 2015https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1359296) regarding the issue of the title of right of use of frequencies to Echostar Mobile for mobile satellite service in the national territory in 2 GHz band.
