The EMERG Contact Network, this year chaired by the Tunisia’s sector regulator, the Instance Nationale des Télécommunications, met on 19-20 April in Cologne, Germany. The meeting’s aim was to prepare for the plenary meeting scheduled in May and also to sum up activities in 2015, while also presenting the new Commission support programme which will be implemented by an outside consultant by 2019. Also prepared was the proposal on the working plan and working groups for 2016.
