The “Managing IT Services in the Cloud According to International Standards” course will be held in Lisbon, from 21 to 23 September 2016. This training course is organised jointly by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade (Institute for Technology and Quality), as part of the “e-Waste Conformance and Interoperability” programme under the auspices of the ITU Centres of Excellence for Europe.
The course, to be taught in English, is targeted at managers and/or consultants who are seeking to prepare and support organisations delivering cloud services, as well as those responsible for information and communications technology or for cloud service provision conformity.
