By determination of 7 July 2016, ANACOM clarified the wording of paragraph 6.8 of its decision of 18 February 2016https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1380120 regarding the renewal of the rights of frequency assigned to NOS Comunicações, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais in the 2100 MHz range, for terrestrial electronic communications services.
By not expressly giving immediate effect to the elimination of the obligations regarding the UMTS commitments, ANACOM made a material error which it shall repair, to the extent that - by omission - it stated a different (or shorter) thing to that intended.
