On 30.08.2016, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) published its guidelines on the implementation by national regulators of European net neutrality rules, adopted by the Board of Regulators of BEREC on 25 August, 2016, at an extraordinary plenary meeting.
