On 30.08.2016, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) published its guidelines on the implementation by national regulators of European net neutrality rules.
These guidelines were adopted by the Board of Regulators of BEREC on 25 August, 2016, at an extraordinary plenary meeting. It has also published the report on the public consultation report which took place between 6 June and 18 July, 2016.
On 30 August, at 13.30 (Lisbon time), there was a public clarification session to present these guidelines, as well as the other results of that extraordinary plenary meeting. It was possible to watch an online broadcast https://webcast.ec.europa.eu/berec-public-debriefing/embed of the session and ask questions in real time using the BEREC Twitter account (#BERECpublic or #BERECNN) or through the email address press@berec.europa.eu.
In the coming days the BEREC will make available the video of this session and the presentation made by its President, Wilhelm Eschweiller.
