By order of the Chair of ANACOM's Board of Directors of 5 September 2016, ANACOM has granted a request to extend the deadline for the submission of contributions and suggestions under the procedure to amend the Regulamento da Portabilidade (Portability Regulation). The deadline is extended for a further 5 working days.
As such, stakeholders are now given until 14 September 2016 to submit any contributions or suggestions which they deem should be considered under the procedure. These should be sent in Portuguese to ANACOM at regulamento-portabilidade@anacom.ptmailto:regulamento-portabilidade@anacom.pt1.
This decision will be subject to ratification by ANACOM's Board of Directors at its next ordinary meeting.
