Geographical coverage of communications services
- Operators define the geographical areas in which they provide their services.
- The contract should indicate whether the service is available in your home or if you need to carry out tests to confirm this.
- If the service cannot be provided due to lack of coverage, you can claim a refund on what you have already paid and cancel the contract.
- Operators provide online tools through which, by providing data such as your postal code, you can find out if the service is available for your address.
