The Final Acts of the Regional Administrative Conference of 1985, for the Planning of the Maritime Radionavigation Service (Radiobeacons) in the European Maritime Area, which took place within the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), were approved by the Government and published in the I-A Series of the Diário da República of 17 October 2003 (Decree no. 47/2003).
The statutory instrument under consideration comprises not only the Regional Agreement relating to the Planning of the Maritime Radionavigation Service (Radiobeacons) in the European Maritime Area, but also the Final Protocol with the declarations stated at the moment of the signature of the Final Acts.
