The BEREC expert working group on Regulatory Accounting met last 20 December in Brussels, where ANACOM was among the participants. The meeting’s main goal was to debate methodologies and approaches used to calculate the cost-of-capital of regulated operators in light of the study on this issue prepared by the consulting firm The Brattle Group for the European Commission.
