By decision of 26 February 2015, ANACOM has approved allocation of two post-doctoral grants for the research project "Investment in next generation access networks", whose launch was approved on 6 November 2014, two candidates were interviewed in the final selection phase: Pedro Cardoso Pereira da Silva Gonzaga and Vitor Miguel de Sousa Ribeiro.
