Calculation of the annual value of the quality indicators for the universal postal service - 2016

By decision of 15 December 2016, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the calculation of the annual value of the quality indicators of the universal postal service offered by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in the year 2016.

ANACOM also decided to hear CTT, under Articles 121 and 122 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), whereby the company is given 20 working days, if it sees fit, to submit written comments on the draft decision.
