Geneva hosted last 7-8 February the 30th meeting of the ITU Council working group on implementation of results of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). The meeting mainly focused on the ITU’s contribution to the WSIS process and to the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
The next WG WSIS meeting should be held in September 2017, though still subject to confirmation by the 2017 Council session.
