The ERGP subgroup on End-to-End Competition and Access Regulation held a meeting last 22 February in Bonn, Germany, where the aim was to begin this year’s work, specifically the drafting of the “ERGP Report on the Recommendations and Best Practices in Regulation for Access to the Postal network of the Incumbent Operator (in terms of competition, prices and quality of service)”.
