Approval of methodology and ad-hoc questionnaire to check the coverage obligations imposed in the 2100 MHz band and amendment of the annual questionnaire

By decision of 9 March 2017, ANACOM has approved the ad-hoc methodology and questionnaire for the verification of additional coverage obligations imposed in the 2100 MHz band on NOS Comunicações, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.

Approval was also given to the amendment of the current annual questionnaire on coverage, quality of service and site-sharing.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of stakeholders, pursuant to Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), with stakeholders given a period of 20 working days to comment as they see fit (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
