By decision of 28 March 2017, ANACOM considers that the proposed prices of services encompassed by the universal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) comply with the pricing principles and criteria applicable to postal services comprising the universal service; these are defined by ANACOM decision of 21 November 2014https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1341155 (rectified on 25 June 2015https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1361280).
In addition, ANACOM ordered CTT to disclose and publish the new prices, including respective discounts and application conditions, doing so no less than 5 working days prior to the date on which they are due to enter into force.
