The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the review of guidelines, from 2002, on the analysis and assessment of significant market power. The consultation closes on 26 June 2017.
The consultation is aimed at updating the guidelines in time for implementation of the new European Electronic Communications Code. The guidelines will be updated taking changes in telecoms markets and recent legislative developments into account.
