On March 30, 2017, ANACOM approved a Regulation on the reporting of statistical information.
This Regulation establishes the manner, level of detail, deadlines and frequency of the submission of statistical information which undertakings providing electronic communications networks and services are required to report on a regular basis to ANACOM, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 108 and under points b) to f) of paragraph 1 of article 109 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162), with the wording currently in force.
At the same time, approval was also given to the public consultation report to which the draft Regulation had been submitted.
The present Regulation enters into force on the day following its publication in Diário da República (Official Journal).
