Changes to the LLRO and the RELLO

By determination of 23 March 2017, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on changes to the leased lines reference offer (LLRO) and the Reference Ethernet Leased Lines Offer (RELLO).

It was also decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to articles 121 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure under article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law - Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, in its current version). Under both procedures, interested parties were granted a period of 20 working days to respond (in writing and in Portuguese).
