The expert working group responsible for drafting BEREC’s opinion on the opening of phase II of the investigation under article 7A in the case DE/2017/1961, on the wholesale termination market for calls in individual public telephone networks at a fixed location, took place last 9 March at the offices of the Dutch regulator (Authority for Consumers and Markets) in the Hague, where an ANACOM representative was among the participants.
The main points of the gathering were: (i) discussion of the document on opening of that investigation phase II; (ii) videoconference discussion with BNetzA about the case under consideration; and (iii) division of tasks and planning regarding the draft BEREC opinion.
