The 17th meeting of the Expert Group on Electronic Commerce was held last 27 April in Brussels and discussed articles 14 and 21 of the E-Commerce Directive (notice and action). A highlight was the presentation of experiences of five member states (Finland, France, Hungary, Lithuania and Spain) in this area and the presentation of a Council of Europe report.
