Quality of service provided by CTT in 2015

By decision of 18 May 2017, ANACOM has decided to approve and publish the report on the results of oversight carried out with regard to the quality levels of the universal postal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal in 2015; this follows the audit arranged by ANACOM and a prior hearing of the company.
