The Romanian city of Iasi hosted last 4 May a meeting of the ERGP Contact Network, which focused on preparing for the next ERGP plenary meeting. The activities of the ERGP working groups were discussed, namely on regulatory accounting/price regulation, implementation and evolution of universal service obligations, user satisfaction and monitoring of the postal services market, e-commerce parcel delivery and network access regimes. Also debated were the ERGP’s working programme for 2018 and the roadmap on ERGP efficiency.
