The second meeting of the BEREC Contact Network was held on 11-12 May in Reykjavik, Iceland.
The meeting’s main purpose was to prepare for the BEREC plenary meeting held on 1-2 June in Cascais, Portugal. Standing out, among other issues, are the approval for submission to the plenary session of the benchmark on termination rates and on roaming, as well as discussion of the mid-term strategy document and of the 2018 working programme. Also presented were the reports on internet protocol (IP) interconnection, on the methodology for applying articles 4 and 5 of Regulation 2015/2120 and on technical implementation of a service quality monitoring system.
