Review of the conditions governing provision of the various components of the universal service of electronic communications

By decision of 22 June 2017, and following a request from the Government, ANACOM has approved the public consultation document on the revision of conditions governing provision of the various components of the universal service of electronic communications.

Exercising the powers conferred by points i) and h) of paragraph 1 and point b) of paragraph 2 of article 8 of ANACOM's Statutes, approval has likewise been given to commencement of the procedure required for the compilation of contributions to this document. This procedure has a duration of twenty working days.
