On 22 June 2017, ANACOM approved the amendment and reissue of the right of use of frequencies allocated to MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia for digital terrestrial television (DTT) services - Multiplexer A (MUX A).
In compliance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 37-C/2016 of 8 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1391120, and pursuant to Law no. 33/2016 of 24 Augusthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1394191 regarding reservation of capacity on MUX A and the pricing applicable to the DTT signal transport and broadcasting service, the conditions associated with Right of Use of Frequencies ICP-ANACOM no. 06/2008 (allocated to MEO) have been amended. Consequently, the title was reissued with the respective amendments incorporated.
On the same date, approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing and the public consultation to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1395887 was submitted (draft decision of 22 September 2016).
