ANACOM has announced that it has received a request for a decision from ERC - Entidade Reguladora para a Comunicação Social (Media Regulatory Authority) on the intention, expressed by José Soares da Silva, to transfer the right of use of frequencies held for exercise of the radio broadcasting activity to BAOBAD - Comunicações e Publicações.
