On 22 June 2017, ANACOM approved the final decision on a request put by Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais as regards a dispute over ownership or right to manage infrastructure suitable for carrying communications networks. It was decided not to adopt the interim measures requested, nor any Recommendation with the specific scope recommended by the company.
