By decision of 29 June 2017, ANACOM has approved, interim and urgent measures concerning suspension of the entry into force of amendments to the Reference Duct Access Offer (RDAO) and the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO) introduced By MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia on 16 May 2017 and 30 May 2017. These suspension measures take effect from 6 July 2017 (inclusive).
ANACOM also determined that these interim and urgent measures remain in force until the review of the RDAO and the RPAO is concluded, including notification to the European Commission and ANACOM's final decision.
